Richard B. Honig is a 1970 graduate of New York University and a 1973 graduate of St. John's University Law School.

Mr. Honig specializes in the areas of bankruptcy; creditor and debtor rights; commercial transactions; commercial and corporate litigation. Mr. Honig is an officer of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is a member of the Commercial Law League of America. Mr. Honig has been a member of the United States Trustee's Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees for the District of New
Jersey and a Master of the Essex County
Bar Association's Bankruptcy Inn of Court.
Mr. Honig is a frequent lecturer for the
Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Mr. Honig is a member of the Bars of New
Jersey, New York, the United States Supreme
Court, the U.S. District Court for the
District of New Jersey and the Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York, and the
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
