Michael
Edelson is a 1965 graduate of the University of Michigan where he received
a B.A. with distinction, and a 1968 graduate of the Harvard Law School.
Mr. Edelson was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. Mr. Edelson
served as law secretary to the Honorable Morris Pashman from 1968-69.
Mr. Edelson has served as a consultant on six-member juries for the
New Jersey Criminal Law Revision Commission. Mr. Edelson has served as
Assistant Municipal Attorney, Municipal Attorney and Planning
Board and Board of Adjustment Attorney for
the Township of Maplewood.
Mr. Edelson is a member of the Bars of the
State of New Jersey, the United States
District Court for the District of New
Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals
for the Third Circuit and the United States
Supreme Court. He is currently serving as Chair
of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District Fee
Arbitration Committee for District V-A.
Mr. Edelson's areas of practice include
commercial real estate; municipal land use
law; corporate and employment law;
chancery; appellate and commercial litigation.
