Jonathan L. Goldstein for over 25 years has represented financial institutions, corporations and individual clients in complex business litigation in the Federal Courts throughout the United States and the State Courts in New Jersey. Before joining the firm in 1977, Mr. Goldstein served as United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Goldstein has extensive expertise as a trial lawyer and appellate advocate representing clients in a broad area of matters, including Complex Commercial Litigation; Federal Securities Litigation and SEC Enforcement; Criminal and Regulatory Enforcement matters; Antitrust Law and Trade Regulation; Oppressed Minority Shareholder Litigation and; Environmental Litigation.

Mr. Goldstein graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1962 and from the New York University School of Law in 1965. Mr. Goldstein has served on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey's Lawyers Advisory Committee from 1983-92.

He has also served as a member and Chairman of the New Jersey Supreme Court's District Ethics Committee for Essex County. Mr. Goldstein is a member of the Bars of New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Presently, he is Co-Chairperson of United States Senator Jon S. Corzine's Judicial Selection Committee. Mr. Goldstein is also the recipient of the William J. Brennan Award from The Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey, 2008.
