John
A. Adler is a 1963 magna cum laude graduate of Columbia College where
he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a 1966 graduate of Harvard Law School.
At Yale University, Mr. Adler received a Masters Degree in International
Relations in 1970, and a Master of Philosophy in History in 1972.
Mr. Adler served as Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Highland
Park, New Jersey from 1977-1978.
Mr. Adler is a member of the Bars of New
Jersey, New York, and is admitted to practice
before the United States Supreme Court, the
U.S. District Court for the District of New
Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York, the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and
the U.S. Court of International Trade.
His areas of practice are corporate and
commercial litigation, bankruptcy, insurance
coverage litigation, corporate and commercial
transactions and environmental litigation.
