David N. Narciso is a 1977 cum laude graduate of William Paterson College of New Jersey and a 1984 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law-Newark with honors, where he served as a member in 1982-83 and as Associate Managing Editor in 1983-84 of the Rutgers Law Review.

Mr. Narciso received West Publishing Co.'s 1984 Corpus Juris Secundum Award for contribution to legal scholarship. He also received a LL.M. in Taxation from
New York University School of Law in 1994.

Mr. Narciso was with the U.S. Marine Corps
Reserves, 1974-76. He is also licensed as
a Certified Public Accountant in the State
of New Jersey.

Mr. Narciso served on the New Jersey State
Bar Association's Revised Uniform Limited
Partnership Act Revision Committee from
1985-87. He is a member of the Bars of
New Jersey, New York and the U.S. District
Court for the District of New Jersey, and is
admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.
