Chamise Carter is a 1995 graduate of Cornell University and a 1998 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

She served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Kenneth S. Levy, Superior Court of New Jersey, from 1998-1999.

Ms. Carter is a memeber of the Bars of New Jersey and New York.
