Richard B. Honig specializes in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor and debtor rights, commercial transactions and commercial and corporate litigation. He has served as Chairman of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Mr. Honig has been a member of the United States Trustee's Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees for the District of New Jersey and has also served as a Chapter 11 Trustee in many cases. Mr. Honig has been a Master of the Essex County Bar Association's Bankruptcy Inn of Court, and is a frequent lecturer for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education, including an annual seminar on the principles of bankruptcy.
Mr. Honig is a member of the Bars of New Jersey, New York and the federal trial and appellate courts in those states.
