Judah Elstein's practice focuses primarily on commercial transactions and counseling clients with respect to corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financing, licensing, distribution, employment, consulting and other agreements, and the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial real estate.
Mr. Elstein is a member of the Bars of New Jersey and New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
