Joseph H. Tringali practices in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and white-collar criminal law. While at Seton Hall Law School, Mr. Tringali was honored as "Best Brief Author" and "Best Oral Advocate" in the Appellate Advocacy course, and was appointed member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Tringali was the recipient of the Luigi Franzese Scholarship and served as the President of the Peter W. Rodino, Jr. Law Society for two years.

Mr. Tringali is a member of the Bars of New Jersey, New York and Florida and the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.
