David N. Narciso practices in the areas of tax law and litigation, trusts and estates law, estate planning and administration, commercial law and employment law, and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. He served as Associate Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Review, and received West Publishing Co.'s 1984 Corpus Juris Secundum Award for contribution to legal scholarship. He served on the New Jersey State Bar Association's Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act Revision Committee in 1985-87.

Mr. Narciso served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve in 1974-76.

Mr. Narciso is a member of the Bars of New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
