Chamise Carter practices in the areas of family law, commercial litigation and bankruptcy law. She was law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth S. Levy, Superior Court of New Jersey, in 1998-99.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carter was a Deputy Attorney General of the State of New Jersey, representing the Division of Youth and Family Services before the courts and the Office of Administrative Law. Ms. Carter also served as Supervisor in the Office of Legal Affairs in the State of New Jersey’s Department of Children and Families. She is a member of the Bars of New Jersey and New York.
